Bile Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. consolidates the group’s nightlife, events, and hotel operations under one disciplined holding entity. Established 2018. Pronounced Baal.
The group is run by a single principal, operating each property to a single set of standards. There is no committee. There is no franchise model. There is one room, one operator, one decision tree — calibrated to the city and the guest.
Bile Hospitality was incorporated in 2018 to consolidate the group’s hospitality operations under one legal entity. The first venue under the group was The Knot Club — a luxury nightclub inside the Eros Hotel in Nehru Place, South Delhi. It operated for five years, covered by The Print, ANI News, and The Statesman, and closed in 2024 on the group’s own terms.
Today the group operates the events arm under Knot Noir and is developing the Knot Goa nightclub, the Millionaire Mansion hotel concept, and one further venue across nightlife, lifestyle, and hotels — with a fourth concept reserved for 2030 and disclosed only to operating partners.
Each property is calibrated to its city and its guest by a single principal. There is no franchise model, no licensing arm, and no white-label edition. The operating discipline does not scale through dilution.
The group opens venues when they are ready, not when the timeline says so. Five years inside one Delhi venue taught us that the first hour decides the night — and the first month decides the year.
The leadership remains intentionally private. Coverage is earned through the rooms, not engineered through positioning. The work is the announcement.
The group’s first venue closed at year five — while the numbers were still working. Operating discipline is knowing when to walk in, and knowing when to walk away. Both are more important than the middle.
The group’s name is pronounced Baal —
and the rooms it builds speak for themselves.
